Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with the Service. This Refund Policy explains when a refund is possible and how to request one.

Eligibility

You may request a refund if ALL of the following apply:

  1. You submit the request within 7 calendar days of the first key activation.
  2. The Service failed to function as described in the product page or documentation.
  3. You cooperated with support to diagnose the issue and a resolution was not possible.
  4. You have not used the Service to play more than 20 games with the key.
  5. The license key has not been shared with or activated on more than one machine.

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

How to Request a Refund

  1. Open the support Telegram bot.
  2. Use the "Support" menu to send a message starting with "REFUND REQUEST".
  3. Include:
    • The date of your donation
    • The exact amount in rubles
    • Your Telegram ID or username
    • A clear description of the problem
  4. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and respond with a decision within 7 business days.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued through DonationAlerts as a reverse transfer to the original payment source, subject to DonationAlerts's processing rules and timelines (typically 3โ€“10 business days).

Partial Refunds

For multi-month subscriptions, partial refunds may be offered on a pro-rata basis at the Developer's discretion for unused time, less a 20% administrative fee.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with support is a violation of our Terms. Chargebacks result in permanent license revocation and exclusion from future purchases.
